What’s a typical day in your role at Fluna, and what keeps you motivated?
My work involves growing the Fluna Academy by sourcing valuable content, finding impactful speakers, and building strategic partnerships. I also focus on connecting with African commodity buyers, ensuring prospects are properly engaged, and managing client KYC checks and documentation. What keeps me motivated is the knowledge that our work creates opportunities for African exporters to thrive globally—it’s all about making a difference.

What’s the one thing you’ve learned working here that has helped you grow?

What’s a personal or professional accomplishment you’re especially proud of?
The successful launch of the Fluna Academy project with support from my amazing team. Watching it go live and seeing its impact has been a career highlight for me.
What’s your go-to productivity hack that always keeps you on track?
I set a 30-minute timer for each task I need to complete—it keeps me focused and ensures I make steady progress without distractions.
If you weren’t doing this, what’s another career you’d love to explore?
I’d be a professional event planner and business consultant. I enjoy bringing ideas to life.
What’s a random fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
I’m surprisingly an introvert and a great bathroom singer. The acoustics in there make me sound like a superstar!
